By browsing, accessing, or enrolling in CSTutorial course materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these conditions, you may not register or buy course access.
When creating accounts to access our Learning Management System, you must supply accurate, current credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited and will trigger automatic account termination.
All videos, syllabus slides, diagrams, text, designs, and code repositories provided within our courses are intellectual property belonging to CSTutorial. You are granted a limited license to review the materials and use the code templates for personal projects or internal business structures, but you cannot:
Purchasing a course grants you "Lifetime Access" to that specific course. This refers to the operational lifetime of the CSTutorial platform. In the event of platform decommissioning, enrolled students will receive a 60-day notice to download all source code templates and curriculum documents.
Live mentorship classes and workshops are hosted on scheduled dates. We reserve the right to reschedule live classes due to technical difficulties, holidays, or instructor scheduling adjustments. Enrolled students will receive notifications of schedule changes via email.
CSTutorial provides educational content "as is". We make no warranties that code implementations will run flawlessly in every specific infrastructure context. In no event will CSTutorial be liable for any infrastructure billing charges, data loss, or server downtime resulting from our course instructions.
These terms and any disputes relating to CSTutorial will be governed and resolved in accordance with standard corporate commerce regulations.
