1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If a course does not meet your technical expectations, you can request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To ensure fair platform usage and protect our intellectual property assets, refund requests must meet the following criteria:

• The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the payment timestamp.
• The user has viewed or streamed less than 20% of the total course video minutes.
• The student has not downloaded high-value codebase templates or curriculum assets.
• No completion certificate has been generated or issued for the course in question.

3. Multi-Buy & Bundles Exception

If you purchase a bundle containing multiple courses, refund eligibility is audited for each course individually. If any course in the bundle violates the eligibility criteria, only a partial refund matching the untouched courses will be calculated.

4. Live Mentorship & Live Classes

For custom live architectural mentorship tracks or scheduled interactive classes, refunds are not available once the first live class session has commenced. If you cannot attend, contact us prior to the session start to reschedule.

5. How to Initiate a Request

To submit a refund inquiry, write to us at support@cstutorial.com with:

• Your registered account name and email address.
• The transaction invoice receipt ID.
• The name of the course you wish to refund.
• A brief reason for the request (your feedback helps us optimize the curriculum).

6. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (Credit Card / UPI Account) within 5 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.
