When you register an account, enroll in engineering courses, book 1-to-1 mentorship, or interact with our learning platform, we collect:
- Identity & Contact Details: Full name, email address, and mobile number (used for booking confirmations and WhatsApp updates).
- Payment & Transaction Identifiers: Razorpay payment IDs, order timestamps, and invoice amounts. *(Note: CSTutorial does not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords—all transactions are tokenized and processed directly by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure).*
- Classroom Learning Analytics: Video progress percentages, completed lecture timestamps, and certificate verification hashes.
2.How We Use Your Educational Data
- To provide lifetime access to your enrolled video courses and starter codebases.
- To generate verifiable, cryptographic Certificates of Completion bearing your name.
- To send automated booking reminders, Google Calendar meeting links, and live workshop notices via Resend API and Google Calendar.
- To render anti-piracy watermarking on video streams to safeguard course intellectual property.
3.Data Security & Encryption Standards
We implement enterprise-grade security protocols. User authentication and database records are safeguarded by Google Firebase Auth and Firestore using 256-bit SSL encryption. All web traffic between your browser and our servers is strictly enforced over HTTPS.
4.Third-Party Integrations
We partner with trusted industry providers to deliver a seamless learning experience:
- Razorpay: PCI-DSS certified payment gateway processing UPI, cards, and net banking.
- Google Firebase: Secure authentication, token management, and real-time database hosting.
- Resend API: Transactional email dispatcher for booking alerts and receipts.
5.Student Rights & Data Deletion
